VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER!!!!!

I bought a maroon heel @ truworths for R480, what a waste of my money. I bought it the Saturday 29th August 2020 and had it on ONCE the Monday 31st August 2020 for work, while @ work i realized that the suede was coming off from the shoe. when i got home i sent truworths an email stating how unhappy i was about this, they didn't even have the decency to reply to my mail, its just upsetting that you would think truworths sells quality, yet their shoes aren't. So whats the point of paying so much money????? Also i haven't worn the shoe ever since, because I'm waiting for them to respond, yet they not. TRUWORTHS IS USELESS!!!!!
