very dissatisfied

On the 23/08/2015 I paid a visit to the truworths in southgate mall my wife who is a account holder accompanied me,we were looking for gifts for a function that we are having.we really liked a ring and earing set which was priced at R89.00.only to find out that there was no stock as we wanted 10 sets,after speaking to one of the staff members they advised us to do a fashion delivery as there was stock at other branches ,which we agreed to,and the delivery was at our residence which would cost us R44.00 extra that also was not a problem.after comfirming that delivery would be in 5 days which we were assured by the cashier who captured the details we left happy.<br> Today is Friday and to date I have recived 2 sets only,these gifts were for our guests and without them we cannot proceed with the function.i am highly displeased with the mis information given and highly embarresed . I did not think that a retail store like yourselves would do something like this.we have aslo called your call center spoken to numerouse consultants who promise to call back with a answer but to date have not,asked for a supervisor but no supervisor on duty.this has costed me my dignity.
