Very disappointed customer

I purchased a pair of Daniel Hector talkies 3 months ago from truworths . 1. The shoe was not on special when it was purchased 2. Its 3 months old 3. Its peeling 4. The best which I saved for last truworths now tell me it was never purchased from them as they have no records of it.

Now here's what's concerning me I purchased it on account the cashier tells me it must have been free 🤣😂.

I have purchased and even paid my account .

This name brand shoe is now peeling and they refused to exchange the shoe .

The cashiers have no experience in navigating their own system how in God's name did they even get the job
