Very disappointed at Woodlands Truworths

Unprofessional staff at Woodlands branch. I wanted to swop a Christmas gift at your Woodlands branch. The ladies at the perfume section and on the floor were very friendly but the 2 ladies and 1 man who spoke to me behind the counter were so unfriendly, unhelpful and did not even try and help. The did not even make eye contact. To them it was an effort to even have a customer there, they were dragging themselves around and were most unhelpful. Menlyn staff are much more professional
