Very Disappointed

Thruworths Mokopane The Crossing Mall. Please management needs to let the public know how the operator or if they just don’t want to assist certain individuals. I’m writing about this store for the 2nd time now, my mom went there to exchange shoes and they refused with no valid reason and she bought the shoes over the weekend and hasn’t worn them. Please your employees need to tell us how do they operate. Thanks
