Very bad online shopping experience will never use their online shopping again

I bought a few stuff online from Truworths on the 25th and they only delivered part of my parcel they keep on sending a SMS that it will be delivered today but nothing is arriving since I have this bad experience with Truworths I will never buy online from theme again order#***
