Very Bad experience buying online

Online service is really bad. I ordered an item which were available online on Thursday 25/07 and was informed Sunday, 28/07 the item is sold out... How is that even possible if the item was available when ordered. I need an explanation on how this is possible as this was a birthday gift and now sitting empty handed. Then even worse you will only be refunded between 7 to 10 days. I was not given 7 to 10 days to pay the item I purchased. It was not bought on an account it was a cash sale. I do not think this is a fair practice from Truworths and think that this is the worst case of customer service ever received.
