very bad debt collection practices from Truworths collection agents

The debt collection agencies used by Truworths, don,t listen too me! they continue too text me looking for a client who has used my phone number, i keep on explaining too them that they have the incorrect number for there client. i have contacted them on numerous occasions to notify them that i am NOT the person they are looking for. I suggested to them that they should go to the client's physical address to try to contact them. but NO they keep on texting, and phoning me daily looking for there client .so now i have blocked them(:
