VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE , BY A PERSON CALLING HIMSELF A ''MANAGER'' Truworths Eastrand Mall

East Rand Mall . My wife went to exchange item I bought for her week ago. She wanted to exchange not refund and did not have my credit card with her . The MANAGER AT THE BRANCH was very un helpful , even rude just trying to proof a point . HOWEVER the lady at the till was friendly , helpful and understanding. She assisted my wife. That manager should remember in times like this , rather look after your customers , DONT BE A SPITFULL person . SA retail sales shocked yesterday just showing you look after your customers.

WELL DONE AND THANK YOU TO THE LADY HELPING HER, SHE SHOULD BE THE MANAGER .
