Very bad customer experience with truworths they don't ever attend to complain or give feedback no matter how good you can be a customer to them they don't care.

Last month I lodged a complain with truworths I even wrote a review here on hellopeter and the only response I got from truworths is this

And never had from them the only thing they care about is statements, payment reminders and the sale but they don't care about customer satisfaction or try to resolve queries my sister also experienced a bad service at truworths mall of De south and complained about it but nothing was donne until she decided to close her account, we are paying well our accounts no issue I fail to understand why they are treating customers like this when we are the reason the business is still operating can someone help with my query as I'm still waiting for my receipt….
