Very bad customer experience with Truworths.

On the 8th of August i visited one of Truworths stores in Mabopane Central City in Pretoria to exchange a jacket that I had a week ago.The lady who was assisting me managed to reverse the previous the transaction as I was returning the jacket and my account was adjusted accordingly.The problem emerged when she was transacting for this new jacket.She told me that my account was blocked and she took out a slip to show me what she was talking about.When I checked the slip i was shocked to discover that the name appearing on the slip was not mine it read F Mgejo and my name is F.K Mabaso.That got me very unhappy because it's not for the first time encountering this problem with Truworths.I opened an account with you in 2014 and since then I had never experienced any problems with you guys until early this year when I started getting slips with in someone else's name.On several occasions I tried to get it fixed but all my efforts were in vain.Acting on the advise from one of your employees I closed the account in April and reopened it in July hoping that this time around you will able to fix that problem. To add to my misery was your supervisor at Mabopane Truworths who was very unhelpful and rude towards me.When I asked the lady to please call your offices for me she said she can't call them because she has already spoken to them and they said I should come back to the shop on Monday(which is a holiday).She said I was wasting now her time and that of other customers.So as a result I left without the jacket and an account on another person's name.Apparently now I must go back and try to get it fixed on another day.
