very bad complaint and should be penalised by law

You ......s sent my son an account card through the mail, no credit check nothing. My son has a disability and could easily have thought this was an easy way to buy items. NOT EVER EVER WILL HE BUY FROM YOU. You, I think belong to RCS credit bureau?? I dont't know but quite frankly you are idiotic, stupid and totally thick not to check on the person that you haphazardly sent account card to. Plus it say at the bottom of the page 'AN ANNUAL SERVICE FEE OF R45,00 IS CHARGED ON ACCOUNTS" - you are totally in the wrong and I will report you to every and everything I can find.
