Very angry customer

I cancelled my debit order long time ago and have been paying cash on time nogal. In January u tried to debit my bank cheque account which had no money and iwas charged R105 unpaid debit order fee. I send y email askin y did y debit and u ignored it. Now again this month its happening on an account which has no money. Who must pay another R105 RD fee? I need my money back. I need my R210 from u. I need it. Who mandated u to debit my account?
