Very aggressive, talking over me, unprofessional service

Good morning, I wish to make a formal complaint regarding communication between myself and your call center. A lady Matshido called my company and was very aggressive in how she spoke demanding to speak to me. She made claim that she had tried to reach me on my cellphone however I have no missed calls at all on my phone from Truworths. Please remove my company's phone number as we are not allowed to receive private phone calls. That phone number was only for confirming employment, not for you to harass me to make payment. Any and all communication is to take place via my cellphone. Please listen to the phone call of how this woman spoke to my employer and myself this morning.
