utterly disgusted I'm going viral I'm a journalist so have enough sources

terrible terrible terrible I am so very lucky I don't shop there and ppl that do i feel ur pain, unfortunately I have to go through the most daunting experience of getting a gift from this chain I can't wait for my complain to go viral, I received a gift of over R500 and it doesn't fit me but it has a tag on it, R 500 is a total luxury for me i never ever bought or could afford something in that range, but the skinless ppl of truworths that love to see ppl suffer and burn won't change it even though it has a tag attached but cos there is no slip, and who goes and ask for a slip from someone who gave a gift to them that's just dumb i mean really, I don't want to tell the person I'm changing their gift but off course truworths finds it easy and funny to put their customers which they say they value, everyone gotta think abt that doesn't look like it though, in such a terrible situation
