Utterly disappointed and appalled by Truworths
<p>Good Day </p> <p>I am beyond furious, I paid up my Truworths account in 2013 in July and closed the account.I am called 3years later, told that I owe R61 and my account has been handed over to their legal department. Mind you no statements have been sent either by post or email for the past 3years,I called to find out if my account was closed they said it has been closed but there was an amount outstanding ,I then asked how was it possible for an account to be closed yet still be owing? I was then told today that I made a payment in Dec 2015,I have not bought anything at truworths in 2-3years. I'm appalled disgusted by this I paid off my account in truworths lakeside mall.</p> <p> </p>
