Utmost @$#$@ Service!
I've paid R7000 instead of R700, and don't you think you can get your money back from Truworths...But don't you dare owe them R74, they will harass you to death... I've done ALL they have asked to get my money back, no luck... I went into the bank, get stamped bank statements, a signed letter from the bank, stating that the money DID come out of my bank account, ID's, copies of Truworths account etc....still they don't want to give my money back...,this is the utmost **** service I've experience in my life with Truworths...

04 Feb 2022, 10:07Its being 2 weeks since I've made the "mistake" and pay way to much money into Truworths account, with NO luck of getting the money back. I knew this is out of Milani's control, although she tried to keep me updated, but the whole "so called" process is ridiculous. Not even a home loan took this long to get paid out...
