Useless uniformed unhelpful account and staff Tzaneen mall

So i was one of the lucky assholes to get a truworth s account.i went to our Tzaneen mall branch in Limpopo Tzaneen,gave my details was given a heap of useless fashion voucher,and it was explained to me where and when to use them with that may credit limit was shown to me and said that when i buy i have either the 6 or 12 month options one with interest an other not, anyway after about 16days of opening the account i decided to spend something on my account since i almost have to go and pay my instalments! Right! So whent to the same store tzaneen mall looked around its not as big as mall of the north in Polokwane but hey i spotted that finally our little stupid branch have gotten cellular phons in store witch is awesome for normally if you wanted one on your account you had to drive all the way too Polokwane i walked over had a look spotted one i wanted it's cheap but better than my current one i waited for a while till eventually they wanted to help me,she walked over just saying hiiiii i said how are you i would like that phone please,she looked at me and saw my 20 useless voucher and said is it going to be on account? I said yes please !! She rep**** oh not how old is the account i said it's fairly new she rep**** by saying i cant get one i have to wait ,6 months i asked why she said no because cellular phones you can only take on 6 moths i said yes that's fine like on the paperwork that they gave me i have the option to do 6 or 12 months,she said no I don't understand i said so show me where does it say i have to have my account more than 6 months before buying cellular,she asked my id and walked off,she came back and said see i told you the system said no!! I rep**** by saying that's not what i asked and it doesn't make sense??? I asked for the manager she said he is just going to tell me the same thing and walked off laughing.he can looking like he was sleeping just what? I i took a breath and explained,he rep**** by saying i can't because new account s can buy cellphone i said why not he said because it not theirs,i said it is yours you baught it from them to sell in your store i mentioned that it's exactly like a brand he said no truworth own all the other brands! I gave up !! I have other accounts too and it happened that i bought a cellphone after opening the account same day and there was not a problem i dont want a contract phone with mtn!!! Its like a cash buy.. that's why they gave me the credit limit!! The manager also mentioned that reason is phones are expensive and what if it brakes?? Is that not why the have the warranty and im sure the returning policy is printed on the back of ever slip.i don't want this account it's rediculace.. i asked him so what he's saying is they what to first see how im going to pay my account ? He said yes! I asked so i can buy the whole credit limit with clothing and never pay? Will that be okey? He said yes!! But God forbid its a cellphone
