Useless truworths phones

Bought a phone on the 11th of September 2020 the phone did not even work for 2 months. Returned the phone they claimed to have fixed it but the the phone did not even last for a week. I returned the the phone again for the third time and its been gone for another two weeks. I told them that I don't want the phone anymore but the say they can't refund the money or credit the account while they are busy deducting money In my account every month. That is totally unacceptable and a total *******. I need my money back end of a story. The store Manger even refused to assist us Saturday when I went there,She did not even care if we are getting helped or not. What a Shame!!!
