Useless online application process

Been trying to open an account is such a nightmare. The level of service is so poor it is beyond imagination. I sent through the relevant documents, my credit score is excellent, my available income after expenses is well over yet the forensic department is dragging their feet. This online process is absolute disastrous and wouldn't advise anyone to use this platform. If you go into the store, it is ten times faster. I have to constantly phone to find out the outcome and been transferred to department after department. It is so frustrating and sometimes I think that people must stay away from these retail stores. I can only Imagine the stress people go through that don't have the means to complain. It is a useless system.
