Useless

By far the worse service I had ever received. I placed & paid for an online order on 25 August 2025 & since then i had no communication from Truworths or the courier company. When i followed up with customer service i was told they offline i have to call back. When i called back after 3 hours they we still unable to provide me feedback. Its been 7 business days already & nothing has been delivered. I requested Truworths to credit my account & cancel the order but Robin the customer service manager refused. If i do not receive feedback i will open a case of *****.
