Useless DMC

I have no Idea why the hell Truworths would use DMC as a collection company , So I was in abit of a struggle and could not pay my account ,it was handed over to DMC who is now failing me.I called Truworths to confirm which company they handed over the account to and they said DMC, DMC who fail to answer their calls and when they do they can never assist.I finally spoke to Tsepang Mdalane who is suppose to be a Team leader at DMC , told him I need to settle the account and requesting the discount Truworths brookyln had promised me, lol A week Later there is no feedback,no call from Tsepang and guess what? when he responds , the answer is we waiting for Truworths for the discount offer.Truworths I need to urgently close this account and DMC is useless
