Useless customer service

If there was a star less than 1 I would give them that, my order has not been delivered, the customer service is awful, they just don't reply to messages when they do reply they reply with one word patronising answers, I've been on hold on the phone for over an hour, I've been waiting for someone on whatsapp for over 3 hours, I will be making 1 big payment and closing this account
