Useless Courier services

Please don't use Fastway Couriers. They are utterly useless. It's been 7 working days. I got an SMS stating another 3-5 working days. I never had issues ordering online. I WANT A REFUND IF I DON'T GET MY ORDER. NOT PAYING FOR SOMETING I DID NOT GET. Please use another courier.
