Useless contact centre and email service
My mother has an account with Truworths and we haven't been getting statement for the past 6 months. We tried to register online so we can download the statement but their website shows that the login details are incorrect even after resetting the password. I then sent an email to ********** but I didn't get any response not even an auto response explaining their turn-around-time. I then tried to call then to request the statement, but guess what the machine answers then phone goes dead, I tried these numbers ***and ********** for about 5 times but didn't get through to anyone. They expecting her to pay the account every month and she's being charged admin fees but they not sending her any statement and we can't even contact them to request one.

We have reviewed our records and verify that your mother’s account statements are being issued on a monthly basis to the postal address currently listed on the account, and no post has been returned to our offices. We are thus unsure as to why the post has not reached the address.
We have attempted to contact you in this regard, but were regrettably unsuccessful in our attempts.
