Useless
<p>I had a problem with Truworths Rustenburg Mall. The next step was to contact Head Office... I do not know why i bothered. Head Office is more useless than Rustenburg. I lodged a complaint on the 16 May 2016. Called again 20 May, 26 May, 30 May and then the 22 June... STILL nobody helps me. </p> <p>What a joke!!!!!</p> <p>I will NEVER EVER shop at Truworths again.</p>
