Urgent Complaint: *****ulent Account Opened in My Name

I am extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received from Truworths regarding a *****ulent account opened in my name. Despite reporting the issue, no one has reached out to acknowledge my complaint or provide any meaningful assistance. All I’ve received is an email from someone named Nathiema asking for my ID number, with no further communication.

This is a serious matter, yet it’s being handled with a lack of urgency and care. I have not been informed about the steps being taken to resolve this issue, the timeline for resolution, or what I should expect next. This is unacceptable, and I feel completely disregarded as a customer. I have not even received a reference number towards this matter which I find to be very concerning.

I urge Truworths to take immediate action and provide clear communication to resolve this matter promptly.
