ur returns policy disgust me...

In May i purchased a parka jacket at truworths canal walk for husband.. up until last week 15/08/2020 we took it back to promanade truworths as he was only wearing it a few times to know that under the arm the stiching came loose ...took it back cashier said that we need to wait 7 working days , which is not the problem today a lady called with the name of Tania witkins telling me they wont exchange or refund as the area manager did not agree it to be a factory fault....I am currently disguted with this news being a loayal customer with truworths never over the years had any problem with any garmen i purchased . first time to take something back as he only weared the jacket a few times paid R1000 its ridiculous for that pathethic quality ...i will never purchase any item at any of your stores..lady said that she will send it away for a 3rd opinion ..to hell whos opinion is still needed if something breaks
