Even wen the account is in a nill balance, it's the customer problem it's updated on there side. 7Am in morning asking for ur ID number becos account is in arears wen its paid, Truworths is one of the worst place to buy clothes from, they are rude on the phone, plus put the name as bad payer in credit bureau after making arrangements with them.
