Update my credit report!

I have had a truworths account fir very long but due to some financial difficulties I didn't pay my account fir a few months so I have been paying MBD for 5 months now but my credit report still says it's in default my Markham account got updated from default to active within the first 2vmonths of making payments. Why can't truworths be so efficient. Please can someone contact me to get this updated as I have paid consistently for the past 5 months.
