Unwilling/Stalling to refund overpaid-account timeously.

I will never buy from Truworths again, ever!!. I overpaid my account by R8000 and its been two months that I am struggling to get all of my money back. They are stalling by constantly requesting a different form to be completed, or the form is not correctly signed, or it will be paid in this Saturday, the next Saturday, no the Saturday after the next Saturday. I tried getting my money directly from a shop , but guess what the excuses are here: They DON'T HAVE ENOUGH MONEY IN THE TILL. Both the shops and the ***lutely useless
