Unwarranted marketing and sending statements when not having shopped at Truworths for more than 15 years.

I would like to know why all of a sudden after more than 15 years of not using a Truworths card, I start receiving marketing messages from the following number : 27 ***, plus supposed statements that I refuse to open because they aske for my ID number. I repeat, I haven't use a Truworths account for more than15 years, and all of a sudden , the last two months I receive communication out of the blue. Kindly stop those non required marketing messages and stop sending statements when I haven't been to any of your retail magazine for all those years. I don't even have a card anymore. This is totally unacceptable.
