Unsolicited Truworths Account

I have been contacting the Truworths customer services because I had my Experian account updated with a Truworths account that I did not apply for nor use. I am concerned that this is *****ulent and affects my credit history; I opted out of their account offer and never consented to any of this. This is an infringement on my privacy and agency.
