Unsolicited messages and phone call at unprofessional operating hours(ungodly hours)

I have been getting numerous text messages and phone calls now again to no apparent ending. The phone calls stop for a season after needing to be aggressive and belligerent where I highlight to affiliated companies that I don’t know the individual and I have been using this number for almost a decade. I feel highly harassed as these affiliated parties call even call over weekends. Truworth was never given consent to use my number furthermore to forward it to any affiliated parties.

In the age of POPI I believe entities like Truworths are required to fulfill certain requirements to still be compliant. Distribution of personal without consent should be a violation of this.

I am disgusted that huge companies are still allowed to get away with such. It’s appalling
