Unsolicited Marketing

Truworths spam me with SMS's of credit granted that I never app**** for. In fact I do not own a single product purchased from a Truworths Store. But what really gets me is that to opt out I have to call ***. Yes, that is right I have to incur the expense of opting out from this harassment, no SMS option. I can only imagine how lengthy the opt out call will be and as do not want to incur the expense I have not called.

The message: Your R600 credit limit &amp

From time-to-time Truworths, directly or through its campaign managers, makes use of the services of reputable list brokers, to identify people who we feel may see value in the Truworths account offer.

We acknowledge your frustration regarding this matter and wish to apologise for any upset as it was certainly not our intention.

We note that you have expressed that you no longer wish to be contacted by Truworths and assure you that you will not receive any further marketing communication from us.
