************ shameful business

Tiday i received a called from BLAKES advising my account was handed over i am extremely disgusted and angered at the wsy you do business as i was never notified of this. Due to lockdown my account fell into arrears and even though i have still been making payments you hand my account over last i spoke to an agent i paid R500 and made arrangements to pay by the 20/09/2020 or latest 30/09/2020 but instead you handover the account even though u were getting payments. Someone in higher authority needs to contact me.
