Unsatisfied with Truworths

So i have had an account with Truworths for about 6 months now and pay them every month, as we all do i pay a little extra every month except last month when i paid less. Today I received 5 calls from different people at Truworths regarding this R44. I mean this will reflect on statement and i will pay this. I will not run away. I got so very irritated as i am sure that the first person that called today would have noted the call and conversarion. I feel is ridiculous and i would rather close this damn account than buying again. R44... When i asked if they are calling only because of this R44, Anastacia said that they are also calling regarding the upcomming payment of 3 October???? Really, today is 10 September!!!!!!!
