Unsatisfied customer

I have been having an account with Truworths since 1993 while I was still a full time student working as a temp, that's 29 years. 2 weeks ago, they sold me a Gucci cologne based on the advice by one of its employees, which is pathetic and weak, you only smell it when you spray it, after 4 hours, you can't even smell it, I returned it after using it for 3 days, guess what, I was told that their rep or so called expert tested it in store and found nothing wrong with it yet there's everything wrong with it, I spent R2490 for that cologne, I could have bought a cheaper one for less than R500. I just can't believe I have been mistreated like this by this store situated in Westville Pavilion Mall after spending so much of my money with them for 29 years. I'm willing to take this fight till the end then close this account...
