Good day

Please advise as to why we are unable to purchase a mobile device within the first 3 months of opening an account as this is not explained in any of the contracts we sign nor by the consultants that help us open an account, please note this is not a complaint towards a consultant but the term and conditions that are not provided to us as customers.
