Unruly Service by Customer Service

Went to a Truwoths Mimosa mall to complete my new account and purchase a few items, however I ended up calling customer care with my phone and once the call centre agent finished with my application she then told me that I will be given a printed copy to sign and a new card will be issued but as soon as she hanged up the phone the lady assisting me did not assist with any and told me to leave the store they have to close and I must go another store.
