Unresolved Order and Refund Issue

I purchased a coat from Truworths online for collection at Truworths Mall of the South. On September 10, 2024, I received a message confirming that my order was ready for collection at the Mall of the South. However, when I visited the store at the end of September to pick up my item, I was informed that it had already been collected.

The store manager showed me communication between the store and head office, dated September 10, 2024, the same day I received the collection notification. That the matter has been resolve meaning that I collected the item yet failed to show me who signed the item out. Then i was told that the item was returned back to HQ before they can only keep orders for 7 days yet I did not received that communication.

Afterward, I contacted Head Office customer service and was told that the item was out of stock and that I would receive a refund to my credit card within 14 business days. Unfortunately, as of today, I still have not received my refund.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of resolution and communication regarding this matter. I hope this issue can be resolved promptly.
