Unreliable

After countless complaint on Hello Peter. Truworths still hasn't resolved my matter.

Today they strangely called me to offer me a credit increase yet they told me that they could not reach me on my mobile numbers.

A consultant by the name of Milani from Customer Service confirmed on an email that she could not reach me and she never provided me with her contact details.

I am left with no choice but to refer my matter to the National Consumer Commission. This a very poor service that has no transparency and honesty. I want my money. I have read reviews on how your establishment demanded money from your customers and yet you do not want to fix my account.

I want my hard earned money. I have also realized that I am not the only one with a similar problem this has been going on since March 2020 and today it is July the 23rd and still nothing has been done
