UNRELIABLE
I thought TFG was unreliable but now Truworths is delayed online account balance is not been updated. I dint receive statements but I receive sms to pay my account 1 month in advance. If it is automated then why do customers stop getting their statement emailed. When you send an email they state within 48 hours they will respond but sometimes 4/5 days pass.
