Unproffesionalism
I have laid a complain about the call center agents.the manager called me and assured me that the matter will be dealt with.to my surprise im getting the calls an the are still talking to me rudely.i told the manager that i will be able to pay a certain amount monthly because im unemployed.He told me that he will capture it on their system so now im being called to make urgent payments like i didnt pay.im tired of this treatment.i have put up with all this treatment and im thinking of taking this matter further since i have rights as a debtor.
