unprofessionalism
i always receive calls from agents at truworths.and i explain that im unemployed thats why i am making a small amount of payment.but everytime i explain my situation i end up being threatened or shouted at.i once spoke to the supervisor by the name \Daniel".i told him about his agent and their bad attitude. He said to me that he will fix it and call me with some feedback. He did not.instead i got another call after 7 days of paying account.the agent was agressive again and didnt want to listen to me.He shouted at me again.so I want to know if this is how Truworths is doing their business? Is this How Debtors are treated?"""
