Unprofessional Staff

I have had a bad experience with Truworths. A week ago, i bought clothing items online. Today when i received my order, i got greeted by baggy clothing. The clothing tag has a correct size (34) which i chose, but unfortunately, the actual clothing item is size 40. To make matters even worse, my clothing items were packaged in another shop's shopping bag (IDENTITY). For a well established company like truworths it is really horrible to see such lack of professionalism coming from it. I am so disappointed at the lack of attention to detail that the employees or whoever it is that was tagging the clothes did.

What does the Quality Control department do at Truworths? I have lost trust in your shop.
