Unprofessional

So I ordered a pair of adidas sandals online by truworths office London than sent me an email saying my item has been delivered I called them to tell them that it has not been delivered they than said it was damaged but I could go online and order it again when I checked online it was not available anymore and I called again and the lady said she's gonna check the other stores but than she told me the other stores says they do have it but one shoe only and I told the lady she is lying she than didn't get back to me after all that they **** to me and made me wait long for an item that was already paid for but not delivered their service is very pathetic and they do not know how to solve problems they are very unprofessional.
