Unprofessional business conduct

Who gives you the right to send an sms to my employer that I am behind on my account????? My accounts have got nothing to do with my employer!!! And this after you contacted me and I made arrangements to bring my account up to date! This is ********* and very unprofessional. I have reported you now to the credit ombudsman!!
