Unprofessional bu the staff (Menlyn)

I went to Office London shop in Menlyn to buy few things and I was using my Truworth account to but the merchandise. I gave the teller my Identity document, but I was told to confirm by physical address, which has never happened to me. I asked why and the teller to couldn't tell me the reason instead he called his manager. The manager was eating at the time, instead of him finish eating he wanted to engage me while he had food in his mouth so unprofessional and rural behavior by the so called manager/supervisor. I told me to confirm the address to proof that i was the owner of the account, but yet he had my identity document in front of him. They refused sell the merchandise based on the confirmation of the address. Then question is, if was paying the monthly installment were they going to ask me my physical address?. I went to Truworth store for help and I was told that the office London shop is independent from them. Based om the treatment received Truworth am going to close my account by end of the week.
