Unprofessional and useless service

<p>I recently registered on the Truworths website and was very happy about the fact that I could now make purchases online. Little did I know that this service is actually a waste of time and that staff are not interested in assisting when you call the call centre. I live in Cape Town and wanted to buy a pair of shoes as a gift for a friend of mine in Pietermaritzburg. I tried to do the purchase online and wanted to have it delivered to the person. Since I could not get the option for this delivery on the website, I called the call centre. The agent informed me that the only thing I can do is to go to a store, buy the shoes and take it to the person. I explained that I actually wanted to send this to another province, she maintained that I have buy the shoes and take it to the person. I said to her so that means I have to buy the shoes and a plane ticket to deliver the shoes and her repsonse was "Yes you have to". As far as I am concerned this webiste does not help me in any way and the staff in the call centre are definitely not interested in providing a professional service. </p>
